After-sales policy
Machineryshops provides one year product warranty for the sold goods, which start from the time when goods were delivered to customer or when customer comes to pick up. During the warranty period, if there happen quality problems under normal use, we will provide solution as fast as possible.
Note that any of the following cases occur during warranty period, Machineryshops does not provide warranty service:
1、Quality problems caused by unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid entering, accident, alteration and improper installation; tearing or altering sticker, serial number of machine and security label.
2、Unable to provide warranty certificate such as invoice, warranty card and so on; or the information of warranty certificate is inconsistent with merchandise and altered.
In addition, products in Machineryshops are specially customized for customers, which can not be used by others, therefore they can not be returned or changed except the following cases:
1、Inconsistent delivery of products with order.
2、Within the warranty period and scope, there occur quality problem, which can not be solved by repair or replacing parts.
3、Other mutual agreement cases.
